The Farm Shack at Miller Farm Operation is a farm to table store located in Athens, Tennessee. Our beef is USDA inspected, grain finished beef, straight from our farm to your table. We take pride in being able to serve our community with high quality food raised right here in McMinn County from our farm and other family farms. The store front is open every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month from 9AM-1PM.
